Carreço Beach (or Porto Beach) is a strip of fine sand, protected by dunes and a rocky area by the sea. It is a sheltered and quiet beach, awarded a blue flag and with good facilities for bathing. The beach stretches for about 1 km to Montedor, to the north, with its promontory, from which you can enjoy fantastic sunsets.
